Order Fulfillment and Shipping Policy

We strive to process and fulfill all orders as quickly as possible. Please allow up to 48 hours for order fulfillment. Once your order has been processed, shipping and delivery typically takes an additional 3-5 business days, depending on the delivery location and shipping carrier.

Lost in Transit

We take full responsibility for packages lost in transit or during shipping. If your package is confirmed as lost, we will offer a replacement of the item or a refund, depending on your preference and stock availability.

2. A brief description of the issue.

3. Any relevant tracking details or screenshots, if available.

Please Note:

  • Replacements or refunds for lost packages are provided only after the loss is confirmed through an investigation with the shipping carrier.

  • If the item is out of stock, a refund will be issued as the only option.

  • We cannot be held liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance, or other external factors beyond our control.
